Announcing auditions for our
spring show:
Brigadoon
December 10 – 11, 2025
(Performances: April 24 – May 9, 2026)
Directed by Caroline Fonseca
Music Direction by Martha Warren
While hunting in the Scottish Highlands, contemporary New Yorker
Tommy Albright stumbles upon the picturesque village of Brigadoon,
which seems like a place out of time. There, Tommy falls in love —
not just with a beautiful lass named Fiona, but with the village itself.
Only then does he discover Brigadoon's secret: the town appears once
every 100 years, for a single day, and will soon vanish into the mist.
Will Tommy choose to return to his life in the modern world … or
remain in enchanted Brigadoon, forever?

She Kills Monsters
(Performances: November 7 – 22, 2025)
Directed by Quinton Kappel
When the totally average Agnes loses her teenage sister Tilly in a
fatal car crash, Agnes uses Tilly's Dungeons & Dragons notebook
to open a gateway into a magical world filled with fantastical creatures.
Armed with a sword, imagination, and an entourage of badass heroines,
Agnes embarks on a quest to save Tilly's soul, battling homicidal fairies,
beastly boyfriends, and demonic cheerleaders along the way.
But when the line between reality and fantasy begins to blur,
Agnes doubts that she has the courage to slay the mightiest of
dragons and say farewell to a sister that she never really knew.
Nominated for two Drama Desk awards in 2012, She Kills Monsters is a
heartfelt, action-packed adventure about belonging and the bonds that
never die.
Announcing the cast of our
winter show:
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
(Performances: February 13 – 28, 2026)
Directed by Michael Jay
Christopher is a brilliant, socially anxious fifteen-year-old with a
unique and logical mind. When he discovers his neighbor's dog, Wellington,
murdered with a pitchfork in his neighbor's yard, Christopher sets out
on a journey to investigate the crime. His investigation takes him far
outside his comfort zone, and Christopher must brave rude neighbors,
frightening strangers, and the city of London itself. Christopher's
investigation uncovers secrets about his neighbors, his father,
and his long-dead mother -- secrets that will change the course
of his family.
Our production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
takes place in Siobhan's classroom, as the community comes together to
mount a production of Christopher's play. Christopher, Siobhan, Ed, and
Judy are played (in the play within the play) by themselves. The rest of
the characters, the ensemble, are played by members of Christopher's
community: teachers, neighbors, police officers -- trusted adults
that have come together to help Christopher tell his story.
