David Atwood

Looking for local entertainment, David Atwood subscribed to the 1999-2000 Player's season and saw three fabulous productions.  He went away with new respect for community theater.   In August 2000 he responded to a notice in the Newsletter looking for “back up” stage managers and ended up producing the fall show.  Since then he has stage managed, operated lights and sound, produced, and built a bunch of sets (see below). Most recently, he has been the Video Director for the Players' 2020/2021 online video productions.
 
Professionally David Atwood has been a television producer/director for the last forty years with many credits in Public Broadcasting. Visit www.pinetreeproductions.com for more information. From 2007 to 2009 he was Technical Director for the Foothills Theater in Worcester, Massachusetts. Currently he does location producing for webcasts and occasionally directs video productions.
